The NLSA per diem rate is as follows:
Breakfast: $15.00/day
Lunch: $25.00/day
Supper: $40.00/day
The NLSA adheres to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador policy on mileage when using a vehicle for NLSA activities.

The NLSA requires receipts for gas, insurance, accommodations etc. Receipts for meals are not required.
