NLSA Names Senior Male and Female Players of the Month for May

Male and Female players from Holy Cross lead the first honour roll of the season, as the Newfoundland and Labrador Soccer Association named its senior players of the month for May 2024. The Holy Cross men’s and women’s teams currently lead their respective divisions.

Teri Murphy, Holy Cross (Premier League - Jubilee Trophy)
Teri Murphy has been outstanding for Holy Cross in May. Teri has been a dominant force in the midfield winning aerial balls and disrupting the opponent’s attack. On the offensive side, Teri's passing range has started the attack for Holy Cross on numerous occasions. She has also scored key goals to help her team to an undefeated start to the season. 

Colin Connors, Holy Cross (Premier League - Challenge Cup)
Colin has performed well in every game so far this season. He is a threat when a scoring chance becomes available and he would be the first to say that his success is a result of total play by all in the team.
