AMM Postponed

This is to inform you of an important update regarding the Annual Meeting of Members (AMM) originally scheduled for Saturday, April 13, 2024.

Due to unforeseen delays in finalizing the required Annual Financial Statements, we are unfortunately unable to hold the AMM on the planned date.

We understand this delay may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We are working diligently with our external financial advisors to expedite the finalization of the statements.

Following consultation with Canada Soccer, we will:

Set a new date for the AMM, ensuring we provide ample notice to all members.
Distribute the Annual Financial Statements to all members at least 30 days before the rescheduled meeting date.

We will keep you informed of the new AMM date and provide further details regarding the meeting in a timely manner.
